The 2007 year-end meeting

  The 2007 year-end meeting of ICD Japan section was held during at the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo with a gathering of about 130 fellows on December 15th.

A board of directors meeting was hosted in the hall of the Tsuru starting at noon.

The year-end meeting included a special lecture, the cocktail party and the social gathering (followed by dining and introduction of invitation post graduate student from other countries).

Especially Dr. Norinaga Moriyama, who is master member, and will be the international president in the 2008 and took over the gavel (the hammer) from Dr. Johnson who is present president at the international board of directors which was hosted in Mexico in November 2007.

Dr. Moriyama is the third man who was selected international president among Japanese fellows. Also, it was decided that it would be celebrated this happy event by all fellows of the ICD Japan section at the board of directors meeting. Therefore, the list of the remembrance was presented from the president Ema at the social gathering.

Special lecture

At the start of special lecture, attendance was guided by the lecturer to be concentrated. Then, the lecture started.
